PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA OF CUSTOMERS/PROSPECTS

Data processing is understood to mean: every possible operation carried out on personal data, such as collection, use, management or communication.

Privacy Legislation/Confidentiality
MY®HEALTH must strictly preserve the confidentiality of customer/prospect data. Incidentally, this obligation applies to all confidential data that we become aware of in the context of the provision of information.
Processing register
In the relationship with its customers/prospects, MY®HEALTH will act as a “processor” of personal data. In addition, all processing of personal data must be recorded in a processing register. MY®HEALTH puts its processing register at the disposal of all its employees who, if they think that the processing register is no longer up to date, report this as soon as possible to the person responsible for privacy.
Compliance with information security policy
MY®HEALTH has an information security policy, which must be respected by all its employees. This information security policy is clearly communicated to all employees upon commencement of employment. MY®HEALTH and its employees guarantee that personal data is secured in a certain way by means of appropriate technical and organizational measures. However, should a customer/prospect or employee notice a data breach or any other breach of the GDPR, however minor, he/she will immediately send an email to the privacy officer: communicatie at myhealth.be
Right to be removed
Every customer/prospect of MY®HEALTH has the right to oppose the processing of personal data. If a customer / prospect so desires, he/she may ask to remove the personal data collected and processed by MY®HEALTH by simply sending an email to communicatie at myhealth.be
MY®HEALTH will take all necessary steps to protect your data. Under no circumstances can MY®HEALTH be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from an erroneous or unlawful use by a third party of the personal data.
